Our 100% Biodegradable Dog Poop Bags are perfect for pet owners who care about the environment. These bags will decompose in just 90 days, keeping our landfills, seas, and the planet free from plastic waste. They contain no microplastics, toxic residues, or EPI additives, making them entirely safe for our pets and the environment.

Unlike compostable bags, our degradable dog poop bags are made with additives that break down the plastic over time. This ensures that the bags won't contaminate the environment and enter the food chain. Our bags are unscented and have no ink print, making them eco-friendly. We use recycled cardboard for the core and packaging, reducing our environmental impact.

Each pack has four rolls, with 15 pet waste bags per roll, measuring 22.8cm x 30cm. Our bags are strong and durable, leaving plenty of room to safely tie up and dispose of. With our suitcases, you can be sure you are doing your part to protect the environment while caring for your pet's waste.

Delivery Policy

Dubai & Sharjah

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Out-of-Stock Items

If items become unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may:

Receive a refund via the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Return Policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

Be unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.

Include original packaging and tags.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
