These dog poop bags are entirely biodegradable, containing no microplastics, toxic residues, or harmful additives labeled as N0 EPI. They will break down and decompose within 90 days, which helps keep our landfills, seas, and the planet free from plastic pollution. Unlike compostable bags, these degradable dog poop bags have additives that break the plastic into microplastics over an extended period. These microplastics can contaminate the environment and end up in the food chain.

These bags are unscented, have no ink print, come in recycled cardboard packaging and rolls, and are certified as the highest biodegradable, compostable dog poop bags by authorities in Europe (EN13432), the US (ASTM D6400) and Australia (AS4736-2006).

They have been proven to degrade within 90 days, breaking into water, carbon dioxide, and biomass. These bags contain NO microplastics, NO toxic residues, and NO EPI additives that can contaminate the environment.

They are sustainable, and the cardboard core and packaging are recycled. Each pack comes with ten rolls of 14 pet waste bags per roll measuring 22.8cm x 30cm, providing enough room to tie. A box contains a total of 140 bags.

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Out-of-Stock Items

If items become unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may:

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Return Policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

Be unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.

Include original packaging and tags.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
