FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.
Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.
Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).
Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Other Emirates
Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).
Out-of-Stock Items

Exchange Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.
Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
