Bio Groom Flea & Tick Shampoo for Cats

Bio-Groom Flea and Tick shampoo for cats is a conditioning shampoo concentrate that contains Pyrethrins for effective flea, lice, and tick control.

The Pyrethrin in our flea and tick shampoo for cats is considered to have the best safety margin of all topical products. It is derived from the daisy-like cousin of the chrysanthemum flower, harvested in Kenya, and is 100% natural and biodegradable.

The coconut oil sources in our shampoo formula clean gently, highlight all colors, and make whites sparkle. The protein and lanolin in the shampoo help condition the skin and coat prevents dryness, and give the coat luster and sheen.

This product enables the pet’s coat to dry smoothly, be manageable, and be tangle-free.

The formula is pH balanced, and mild, and rinses out completely, leaving the coat smelling fresh and clean. Conditions deodorize, and kill fleas, lice, and ticks.

The product should be used only on cats and dogs only.

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

If items become unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may:

Receive a refund via the original payment method.

Select an alternative product (price differences will be adjusted accordingly).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Return Policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

Be unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.

Include original packaging and tags.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

Return Number. (Returns without a Return Number will not be processed.)

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
