Bio Groom Ear-Fresh Grooming Ear Powder for Dogs

Bio-Groom Ear Fresh Grooming Powder helps keep your pup’s ears dry and reduces odor that is not caused by parasites or clinical conditions.

Ear Fresh also has special tight-grip properties for removing hair from dogs’ ear canals, making it excellent for hand stripping and a great dog ear-plucking powder. This product features a convenient funnel tip dispenser for easy application.

Please note, this product is intended to keep your dog’s ears dry and odor free, not to treat existing infections. Should your dog or cat have a painful ear condition or discharge from the ear, see your veterinarian.

How to use: Clean your dog’s ears first (use Bio-Groom Ear-Car liquid lotion or Ear-Care cotton pads). Then, gently puff Ear-Fresh into the ears to keep them dry and odor free. To remove unwanted hair from the ear canal, puff Ear-Fresh into the ear and remove hair with forceps or tweezers. For hand stripping, use the amount necessary to achieve the desired results. Should your dog or cat have a painful ear condition or discharge from the ear, see your veterinarian.

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Return Policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

Be unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.

Include original packaging and tags.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
