Description

Bio-Groom Ear Mite Treatment with Aloe Vera for Dogs, Puppies, Cats, Kittens, and Rabbits. Kills Ear Mites and Ear Ticks. Aids in Ear Wax Removal. Non-Sticky and Non-Oily. Kills Ear Mites, Ear Ticks, Aids in Ear Wax Removal, and Contains Aloe Vera.

Use Only On Dogs, Cats, & Rabbits.

To control spinose ear ticks and ear mites and to remove ear wax, apply 10 drops to each ear. Massage the base of the ear for a few minutes to assist penetration of the ear wax by the solutions. Allow the pet to shake its head. Wipe excess solution from the ear with cotton.

Repeat every 2 days until the condition has cleared up or as directed by your veterinarian.

As a preventative treatment, apply this solution every 15 days to reduce ear mites, tick infestation, and ear wax accumulation. 

Use Restrictions:
Apply this product only as specified on this label.
Do not contaminate animal feed or water during application.
Do not allow the product to enter any drain during or after application.
Not for use in outdoor residential misting systems.
Do not apply to pets less than 12 weeks old.

Return Window (Same-Day of Delivery)

Returns are accepted on the same day your order is delivered only. After this period, returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted.

Request Deadline

Return requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery. Email woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Conditions for Returns

All returned products must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and unaltered
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned with all included parts and accessories (if applicable)

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Sale items / final sale items
  • Food products
  • Customized items
  • Animal crates and cages
  • Items shipped outside the UAE

Return Pickup & Fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns are handled via courier pickup/return shipping arranged by us (where available).
  • A flat return pickup/return shipping fee of AED 20 applies.

If a return is approved, the AED 20 fee may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us: Send your request to woof@petz.ae on the same day of delivery.
  2. Include: Order number, reason for return, and product details (name, SKU, quantity).
  3. Return authorization: If approved, we will confirm the return and the pickup/return shipping process. Requests outside the same-day window will not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll confirm whether the return is approved.

  • Cash payments: Store credit issued within 3 working days after approval.
  • Credit/Debit card payments: Refund issued to the original card within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
