How to use: Use as is or dilute 1 part with 4 parts water. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water. Apply shampoo and work well through the coat. Rinse.

Short Hair Breeds: Dry and brush the coat with a soft brush or wipe with a soft cloth to bring out the luster.

Long Hair Breeds: Dry, then simply brush or comb.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Exchange Policy

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.
