Delivery Notice
Orders for Royal Canin, Catit, All For Paws, Beaphar, Flexi, JR Pet Products, Lintbells, and MPS must be placed by 4:30 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.
Orders for all other brands must be placed by 11:00 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.
Please note that next-day delivery is not available on Sundays, and orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
Our kitty litter starter kit includes your Cateco odor control cat litter box, plus a matching 6-inch (15cm) extension that adds extra height to the walls of your litter box.
This ingenious addition means that litter scattering and other messes are a thing of the past! A matching scoop and a pack of ten Dry-Pads are also included.

The wavy, triangular blades of the scoop help you sift litter more efficiently, and its multi-radius edges allow for deep cleaning. Made with ultra-solid ABS plastic, this scoop is the perfect tool for easy sifting and effective clump removal.
Our Dry-Pads are designed to fit inside the lower section of your Cateco cat litter box and are ultra-absorbent. Any unabsorbed liquids from the top section of the litter box drip through the tear- and puncture-proof Aerator Mesh where they’re absorbed.
The Dry-Pads should be changed every 3-4 days if soiled, unlike other cat litter tray liners that should be changed daily. The beauty of Cateco cat litter boxes is in their design. You’ll only need to give your litter box a complete clean every 3-5 months if you’re using high-quality, clumping cat litter.
The Cateco litter box has been tested with a wide variety of clumping and absorbing litter, both mineral and plant-based. It works with the vast majority of them and extends their lifecycle, meaning no irritating transition issues for you or your pet.

Delivery Fees & Free Delivery Thresholds
- Dubai: Free delivery for orders above AED 100. Orders below AED 120: AED 20.
- Rest of UAE: Free delivery for orders above AED 350. Orders below AED 350: AED 20.
Next Business Day Delivery
- Order cut-off: Before 4:30 PM UAE time (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery window: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM the next business day.
- Weekend handling: Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are delivered on Monday.

Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges if an item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, email woof@petz.ae with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Return & Refund Policy
We aim to deliver products you’ll love. If you’re not satisfied, please review the return rules below before submitting a request.
Return Window (Same-Day of Delivery)
Returns are accepted on the same day your order is delivered only. After this period, returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted.
Request Deadline
Return requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery. Email woof@petz.ae with your order details.
Conditions for Returns
All returned products must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and unaltered
- In the original packaging
- Returned with all included parts and accessories (if applicable)
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Sale items / final sale items
- Food products
- Customized items
- Animal crates and cages
- Items shipped outside the UAE
Return Pickup & Fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns are handled via courier pickup/return shipping arranged by us (where available).
- A flat return pickup/return shipping fee of AED 20 applies.
If a return is approved, the AED 20 fee may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
How to Request a Return
- Email us: Send your request to woof@petz.ae on the same day of delivery.
- Include: Order number, reason for return, and product details (name, SKU, quantity).
- Return authorization: If approved, we will confirm the return and the pickup/return shipping process. Requests outside the same-day window will not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll confirm whether the return is approved.
- Cash payments: Store credit issued within 3 working days after approval.
- Credit/Debit card payments: Refund issued to the original card within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
