Designed to fit the lower section of the Cateco litter box and make the cleaning and maintenance of your litter box as simple as possible! If any urine reaches the bottom of the top section of the litter box, it will drip down and be absorbed by the dry pad instead of sticking to the plastic like a regular box.

Dry-Pads are designed to fit inside the lower section of your Cateco cat litter box and are ultra-absorbent. Any unabsorbed liquids from the top section of the litter box drip through the tear- and puncture-proof Aerator Mesh where they’re absorbed. The Dry-Pads should be changed every 3-4 days if soiled, unlike other cat litter tray liners that should be changed daily.

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Out-of-Stock Items

If items become unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may:

Receive a refund via the original payment method.

Select an alternative product (price differences will be adjusted accordingly).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Return Policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

Be unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.

Include original packaging and tags.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

• Items shipped outside the UAE

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

Return Number. (Returns without a Return Number will not be processed.)

(Returns are processed within 7 working days upon receipt.)

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
