Delivery Notice: Orders for Royal Canin, Catit, All For Paws, Beaphar, Flexi, JR Pet Products, Lintbells, and MPS must be placed by 4:30 pm for next-day delivery. For other brands, orders are until 11 pm for next-day delivery, except on Sundays.

Catit Design Senses products can be used individually or combined to create a complete Sensory Activity Center for the pet.
The Catit Design Senses Scratch Pad appeals to your cat's sense of touch, providing the scratching surface he instinctively needs. Cats communicate through touch. When a cat scratches an object, scent glands in the paws deposit the cat's odor to mark his territory.
Add catnip (included) or conceal treats (not included) in the cut-outs for multi-sensory appeal. Refill scratch pads are sold separately.

Rest of UAE: Free for orders above AED 350. A standard delivery fee of AED 20 applies if the minimum is not met.

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.

Order Cut-off: Place your order before 4:30 PM UAE time (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Window: Between 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM the next business day.
Exclusions: Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
📦 Standard Delivery
Within city limits: Up to 3 business days.
Remote areas: Up to 5 business days.
Tracking: You will receive a delivery notification and tracking number once dispatched.
🌄 Remote Area Delivery (AED 40 Fee)
Deliveries to the following areas may take up to 5 business days and are subject to a AED 40 delivery fee.
