Ingredients: Purified water, renewable plant-derived and coconut-based cleansers, organic aloe vera, vitamins A, B, D, & E, glycerin, optical brighteners, lavender oil, and preservatives.

Instructions: Shake well before using. On a wet coat, lather your pet thoroughly with a few good palm-fulls of earthbath® pet shampoo. Work lather from head to tail, avoiding eyes. Leave on for at least 90 seconds to allow optical brighteners to work their magic. For extra sheen and manageability, use an earth bath conditioner. It may be diluted ten parts water to one part shampoo if desired.

Precautions:

• Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, immediately flush with clean water.
• For external use on coat and skin only.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If swallowed (by humans), consult a physician.

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Out-of-Stock Items

If items become unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may:

Receive a refund via the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Include original packaging and tags.

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy
