Instructions:

1. Shake well before using.
2. On a wet coat, lather your pet thoroughly with a few good palm-fulls of shampoo.
3. Ensure all escape routes are eliminated in advance.
4. Work lather from head to tail, avoiding contact with eyes.
5. Leave on for at least 90 seconds to allow shea butter and avocado oil to work their magic.
6. It may be diluted ten parts water to one part shampoo if desired.

Dubai & Sharjah

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Out-of-Stock Items

If items become unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may:

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy
