Delivery Fees & Free Delivery Thresholds
- Dubai: Free delivery for orders above AED 100. Orders below AED 120: AED 20.
- Rest of UAE: Free delivery for orders above AED 350. Orders below AED 350: AED 20.
Next Business Day Delivery
- Order cut-off: Before 4:30 PM UAE time (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery window: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM the next business day.
- Weekend handling: Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are delivered on Monday.

Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges if an item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, email woof@petz.ae with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Return & Refund Policy
We aim to deliver products you’ll love. If you’re not satisfied, please review the return rules below before submitting a request.
Return Window (Same-Day of Delivery)
Returns are accepted on the same day your order is delivered only. After this period, returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted.
Request Deadline
Return requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery. Email woof@petz.ae with your order details.
Conditions for Returns
All returned products must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and unaltered
- In the original packaging
- Returned with all included parts and accessories (if applicable)
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Sale items / final sale items
- Food products
- Customized items
- Animal crates and cages
- Items shipped outside the UAE
Return Pickup & Fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns are handled via courier pickup/return shipping arranged by us (where available).
- A flat return pickup/return shipping fee of AED 20 applies.
If a return is approved, the AED 20 fee may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
How to Request a Return
- Email us: Send your request to woof@petz.ae on the same day of delivery.
- Include: Order number, reason for return, and product details (name, SKU, quantity).
- Return authorization: If approved, we will confirm the return and the pickup/return shipping process. Requests outside the same-day window will not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll confirm whether the return is approved.
- Cash payments: Store credit issued within 3 working days after approval.
- Credit/Debit card payments: Refund issued to the original card within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
