Kit Cat 5-in-1 Scented Cat Wipes are soft, pH-balanced, and antibacterial wipes that help clean your cat in between baths quickly, easily, and hassle-free! Infused with soothing aloe vera extract and vitamin E, these wipes nourish and hydrate your cat’s skin, making them fresher and cleaner.
These wipes are hypoallergenic and free from soap, alcohol, and parabens, making them suitable for daily use on your cat’s face, paws, and coat, even if they have sensitive skin! They are also dermatologically and microbiologically tested for your peace of mind. You can choose from scents like Cherry Blossoms, Lavender, Baby Powder, Aloe Vera, and Coconut.
These wipes are suitable for cats of all life stages. They come in a pack of 80 sheets measuring 15 x 20 cm. Ensure the lid is securely closed after use to keep it from drying out. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and do not flush them down the toilet.

- Order cut-off: Before 4:30 PM UAE time (Monday to Friday).

- Weekend handling: Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are delivered on Monday.

Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges if an item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window (Same-Day of Delivery)
Returns are accepted on the same day your order is delivered only. After this period, returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted.
Request Deadline
Return requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery. Email woof@petz.ae with your order details.
Conditions for Returns
All returned products must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and unaltered
- In the original packaging
- Returned with all included parts and accessories (if applicable)
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Sale items / final sale items
- Food products
- Customized items
- Animal crates and cages
- Items shipped outside the UAE
Return Pickup & Fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns are handled via courier pickup/return shipping arranged by us (where available).
- A flat return pickup/return shipping fee of AED 20 applies.
If a return is approved, the AED 20 fee may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
How to Request a Return
- Email us: Send your request to woof@petz.ae on the same day of delivery.
- Include: Order number, reason for return, and product details (name, SKU, quantity).
- Return authorization: If approved, we will confirm the return and the pickup/return shipping process. Requests outside the same-day window will not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll confirm whether the return is approved.
- Cash payments: Store credit issued within 3 working days after approval.
- Credit/Debit card payments: Refund issued to the original card within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
