Kit Cat SOYA CLUMP is 100% biodegradable soy-based cat litter with a mild aroma. This unique product is made from the insoluble parts of a soybean which is found in soymilk production. Normally these insoluble parts are mainly disposed of in a landfill, but Kit Cat innovates a second purpose for this ‘wasted’ material to be used as cat litter, labeling us as Eco-Friendly.

This cat litter works as an excellent liquid absorbent as it can take up moisture up to 3 times more compared to traditional clay litter/crystal litter. With an instant clumping formula, it clumps upon contact with the fluid.

SOYA CLUMP is flushable, light, and easy to scoop; its fast absorption rate protects your cat and litter tray from toxic ammonia and urine odor. Our cat litter is produced with food-grade natural soybean which contains no synthetic chemicals or dyes and making it safe for kittens, cats, and yourself.

How To Use:

Step 1: Fill your litter pan with a minimum depth of 5 cm (2 inches) of Kit Cat Soya Clump. 
Step 2: The portion used by pets, absorbs urine and clumps instantly, trapping odor as well. Soya Clump. 
Step 3: Remove the clumped portion and replenish with the same amount. 
Step 4: Flushed down clump portion into the toilet or used as fertilizer.

Return & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver products you’ll love. If you’re not satisfied, please review the return rules below before submitting a request.

Return Window (Same-Day of Delivery)

Returns are accepted on the same day your order is delivered only. After this period, returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted.

Request Deadline

Return requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery. Email woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Conditions for Returns

All returned products must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and unaltered
• In the original packaging
• Returned with all included parts and accessories (if applicable)

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Sale items / final sale items
• Food products
• Customized items
• Animal crates and cages
• Items shipped outside the UAE

Return Pickup & Fees

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Returns are handled via courier pickup/return shipping arranged by us (where available).
• A flat return pickup/return shipping fee of AED 20 applies.

If a return is approved, the AED 20 fee may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us: Send your request to woof@petz.ae on the same day of delivery.
2. Include: Order number, reason for return, and product details (name, SKU, quantity).
3. Return authorization: If approved, we will confirm the return and the pickup/return shipping process. Requests outside the same-day window will not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll confirm whether the return is approved.

• Cash payments: Store credit issued within 3 working days after approval.
• Credit/Debit card payments: Refund issued to the original card within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
