The locking handle allows you to easily and conveniently operate the door in one motion without kneeling or bending. Simply lift to unlock, and swing the door open. As you close the door, just lift, position the door against the crate, and lower it into the eyelet latches. Secure the handle in the down position to lock the door.

The LifeStages® ACE Double Door crate offers versatile Front & Side Access, allowing you to use the crate in more locations within your home, as well as in SUVs for travel.
The divider panel is easy to install and can be used to adjust the size of the living area in the crate while your puppy grows into his adult-size home.

LifeStages® ACE sets up in seconds and folds down flat for travel and storage. Detachable handles clip easily onto the folded crate for carrying. The pan stop secures the durable plastic pan, which can be removed for cleaning, and the rubber feet protect surfaces and floors.

Delivery Policy

Dubai & Sharjah

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Out-of-Stock Items

If items become unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may:

Receive a refund via the original payment method.

Select an alternative product (price differences will be adjusted accordingly).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Return Policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

Be unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.

Include original packaging and tags.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

• Items shipped outside the UAE

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

How to Request a Return

Reason for Return

Return Number. (Returns without a Return Number will not be processed.)

(Returns are processed within 7 working days upon receipt.)

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
