Rogz Explore Dog Harness

The Rogz Utility Explore Harness is designed to keep your canine companion cozy while offering you added control. Its padded chest plate helps to distribute pressure from the neck to the chest, and the integrated support handle enables you to assist your pup as they navigate obstacles, in and out of the car.

These dog harnesses feature a Classic Lead attachment on the back and a Multi Lead attachment on the front chest pad for optimal control, steering, and security. Utilize the full range of adjustability for an optimal fit on your canine companion, and take advantage of the highly reflective stitching for enhanced nighttime clarity. Additionally, box-stitched joints and webbing confer superior strength and durability, ideally suited for hikes and long walks in nature.

Equipped with a two-point steering system, the Rogz Explore Dog Harness offers an easy, comfortable fit. An ID-tag attachment and support handle are included, as well as reflective stitching for added visibility.

Delivery Policy

Dubai & Sharjah

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Out-of-Stock Items

If items become unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may:

Receive a refund via the original payment method.

Select an alternative product (price differences will be adjusted accordingly).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Return Policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

Be unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.

Include original packaging and tags.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

• Customized items
• Food products
• Items shipped outside the UAE

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

How to Request a Return

Reason for Return

Return Number. (Returns without a Return Number will not be processed.)

(Returns are processed within 7 working days upon receipt.)

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
