Simple Solution Original Training Pads are the perfect way to potty train your puppy. These training pads are incredibly absorbent and hold ten times the fluid than standard pads. The center is particularly absorbent to draw the liquid away from the bottom and prevent liquids from bleeding through the pad and leaving a trail beneath the pad. The pad is constructed with 6 layers to ensure that your floor stays dry and free of stains. The pad is also designed to eliminate odor, making it an excellent choice either for dogs or for your cat’s litter box. The pads measure 23×24 inches and this pack comes with 30 training pads to ensure that your pet’s needs are met. The pads have a powerful attractant to encourage pets to use the pad and reinforce natural instincts. Lastly, to completely prevent odor and leakage, the pads are built with a polymer that converts fluids into a gel.

Delivery Policy

Dubai & Sharjah

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Out-of-Stock Items

If items become unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may:

Receive a refund via the original payment method.

Select an alternative product (price differences will be adjusted accordingly).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Return Policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

Be unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.

Include original packaging and tags.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

Return Number. (Returns without a Return Number will not be processed.)

(Returns are processed within 7 working days upon receipt.)

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
