Shipping Policy

At Petz.ae, we aim to deliver your pet products quickly and reliably across the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Area

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Delivery Fees & Free Delivery Thresholds

• Dubai: Free delivery on orders above AED 120. Orders below this value are charged a AED 20 delivery fee.
• Rest of UAE: Free delivery on orders above AED 350. Orders below this value are charged a AED 20 delivery fee.

Next Business Day Delivery (Dubai & eligible areas)

• Order cut-off: Place your order before 4:30 PM UAE time (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery window: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM on the next business day.
• Weekend orders: Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are delivered on Monday.

Standard Delivery Timelines

• Within city limits: Up to 3 business days.
• Remote areas: Up to 5 business days.

Remote Area Delivery (AED 40 Fee)
