Our Hoki Fish Oil is packaged in a neat pump bottle to avoid contact with oxygen as exposed oils can easily oxidize. This also prevents the degradation of quality from exposure to light. If you prefer to keep your Fish Oil in the fridge, remember it will go solid, however just a gentle rinse of the bottle under warm water will loosen up the oil, so it will easily pump through onto your pet’s meal. The bottle also makes it super easy to administer the required number of pumps for your pet.

Feeding Guidelines:

Usage – 1 pump per 5 kg of body weight onto food once per day

Use it for Dogs and Cats:

• Less than 5 kg / 1 pump
• Less than 10 kg  / 2 pumps
• Less than 15 kg  / 3 pumps
• Less than  20 kg  / 4 pumps

The 250 ml pump action bottle is easy to use and allows controlled dosages.

Don’t give more than the suggested dose per day, take only as directed. Discontinue use and consult your vet if any adverse reactions occur.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window (Same-Day of Delivery)

Returns are accepted on the same day your order is delivered only. After this period, returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted.

Request Deadline

Return requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery. Email woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Conditions for Returns

All returned products must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and unaltered
• In the original packaging
• Returned with all included parts and accessories (if applicable)

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Sale items / final sale items
• Food products
• Customized items
• Animal crates and cages
• Items shipped outside the UAE

Return Pickup & Fees

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Returns are handled via courier pickup/return shipping arranged by us (where available).
• A flat return pickup/return shipping fee of AED 20 applies.

If a return is approved, the AED 20 fee may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us: Send your request to woof@petz.ae on the same day of delivery.
2. Include: Order number, reason for return, and product details (name, SKU, quantity).
3. Return authorization: If approved, we will confirm the return and the pickup/return shipping process. Requests outside the same-day window will not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll confirm whether the return is approved.

• Cash payments: Store credit issued within 3 working days after approval.
• Credit/Debit card payments: Refund issued to the original card within 10 to 45 days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.
