Our product developers at Midwest Homes for Pets watched very closely how guinea pigs play, eat, sleep, and interact among themselves as well as with their owners/caretakers. • 1 guinea pig – 7 sq. ft. minimum
• 2 guinea pigs – 8 sq. ft. minimum
• 3 guinea pigs – 10 sq. ft. minimum
• 4 guinea pigs – 12 sq. ft. minimum

Additionally, MidWest discovered that the more spacious the area provided, the easier it is for the caretaker to clean and maintain than a conventional, more restrictive enclosure. Result? FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Return Policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

Be unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.

Include original packaging and tags.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
