Discovery Center: The Vesper Play Center is a small-scale wooden cat adventure playground with a modern design. The Play Center can be used in various positions with its triangular shape for more play and fun.

High-quality materials: The Vesper Play Center is made of high-quality MDF with a scratch-resistant surface.

Memory foam cushion: The memory foam inside the soft cushion molds precisely to your cat's body shape, providing extra comfort to your beloved feline.

Rugged scratching mat: The Vesper scratching mat is made of high-quality sisal for a great scratching experience. In addition, the carpet has been bordered to prevent fraying.

Easy to clean, with individual replacement parts: The cushions and scratching mats can easily be removed for cleaning. Both the pillows and the rugs are hand-washable. Replacement parts are available if any part of your scratcher gets worn out.

All-natural seagrass scratching post: The scratching post is made of sturdy seagrass, providing your cat with the best scratching material. The position is easily replaceable.

Rattan ball toy: The Vesper Play Center has a toy to entertain your feline. The ball is made of rattan, a natural material safe for your cat to chew on. The toy clicks into place with a safety closure so your cat cannot get hurt.

Delivery Policy

Dubai & Sharjah

FREE Delivery for orders AED 120 or above.

Orders under AED 120 will incur a AED 25 delivery fee.

Orders placed before 5 pm are delivered the next day (subject to stock availability).

Orders placed after 5 pm are delivered within two days.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Other Emirates

Deliveries require 1-3 working days (subject to stock availability).

Out-of-Stock Items

If items become unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You may:

Receive a refund via the original payment method.

Select an alternative product (price differences will be adjusted accordingly).

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only for items with manufacturing defects or delivery damage. To request an exchange for the same product, please immediately contact us at woof@petz.ae with your order details.

Return Policy

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 1 day of receiving your delivery.

(Late return requests will not be accepted.)

Conditions for Returns

Items must:

Be unused, unopened, undamaged, and unaltered.

Include original packaging and tags.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or email confirmation).

Items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns not meeting these criteria will be rejected and returned to you.

• Items shipped outside the UAE

Return Shipping Fees

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Petz.ae can arrange return pickup for AED 30, deducted from your refund.

How to Request a Return

Reason for Return

Return Number. (Returns without a Return Number will not be processed.)

(Returns are processed within 7 working days upon receipt.)

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Cash Payments: Refund issued as store credit within 3 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 10-45 days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued via your original payment method.
